At the University of Sydney, I shaped the newly launched Master of Strategic Design program, building a curriculum that moved beyond Design Thinking and UX to address systemic innovation challenges. By bridging academic theory with industry practice, I equipped students to enter top roles across design, technology, and strategy, with many securing competitive placements at leading firms.

As Chief Product Officer at Musa Ventures, I led the design and implementation of a venture platform that addressed critical inefficiencies in emerging markets, including limited SME funding access, data scarcity for investors, and outdated due diligence processes. By introducing new digital funding models, streamlining due diligence through data-driven insights, and improving accessibility, I enabled more transparent, efficient, and scalable investment pathways.

Spinifex, headquartered in Los Angeles and focused on automotive clients, was seeing growing demand from Bay Area tech giants like Salesforce, Cisco, and Workday. To seize this opportunity, I launched and scaled Spinifex’s San Francisco office in collaboration with George P. Johnson. This strategic expansion positioned the company to serve a rapidly growing tech portfolio.

When UDKU launched as an innovation consultancy, it had strong agency leadership but lacked in-house digital capability. I was brought in to establish UDKU’s digital department and build its strategic design practice, enabling the consultancy to deliver award winning digital transformations for high-profile clients like AMP, one of Australia’s largest financial institutions.

As Co-Founder of Kenke+Trefz, I directed award-winning media art installations that activated public space and critically engaged with the dynamics of digital culture. We transformed complex concepts into immersive experiences that not only captivate audiences but also provoke critical conversations about technology and society.

In the aftermath of the 2021 Titan crash, widely referred to by Mark Cuban as the “first crypto bank run”, the TITAN token suffered a dramatic loss of value. As Co-Founder of TitanDAO I focused on restoring community confidence, developing new utility, and strengthening the token’s ecosystem to increase TITAN’s value.
